Refund policy

Return

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept the return of items in their original condition. Please note that we offer a full refund once you send back the item/s within 4 days of the delivery date and provide us the tracking number. All SALE, Clearance items, and items purchased during any kind of promotions using a discount code are FINAL sale. 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN;

1. Contact us at customercare@argidaneli.com with you order number and the reason for return.

2. Once your return has been confirmed, please drop off the package at your nearest post office. (Please note we do not provide shipping label for returns)

3. Provide us the tracking number and make sure you have the receipt from the post office to keep in case of parcel being lost or stole.

4.The item MUST BE in original packaging and MUST BE unworn in order to receive full refund. 

5.Please allow us 3 business day to issue the refund to your original payment method once we received your return. 

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to show up on your bank account.

Exchanges
 
Currently, we do not offer an exchange. If you would like to exchange, please return your item and place a new order.

 

Cancelations 

Once the order is placed it can not be cancelled. 

 

Purchases During Promotions

If there is a discount code and the order is placed without using the discount code, the price can NOT be adjusted.


Delivery/Stolen Packages 

Once the tracking information on the carrier website proofs of delivery, we do NOT take any responsibility for stolen or lost packages. 


 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SALE items or gift cards.



Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
